The Erasmus Trustfonds is an independent organization and not part of EUR. By applying for a grant of the Erasmus Trustfonds, the applicant gives consent that the information regarding the content and status of the application and/or the applicant itself are shared with Erasmus University Rotterdam and its faculties/institutions.

We kindly request all applicants to complete the form(s) with the information to the best of their knowledge and explicitly consent to Erasmus Trustfonds and/or EUR to process and retain their data as supplied on the application form.
Erasmus Trustfonds and/or EUR will process the data in accordance with the legal requirements and within the purpose of the organisation’s goal. Data will be used and securely retained by these parties in order to process the application, to evaluate the project and to process future learn, earn, return matters and for Erasmus Trustfonds publicity and the annual report. We will not give the data to any third parties if permission has not been granted by the (former) applicant.



These are additional guidelines on eligibility for grants that are awarded by the Erasmus Trustfonds:


All applications affiliated with EUR, irrespective of nationality, are eligible to be considered for funding.


The Erasmus Trustfonds does not accept applications from individual undergraduate and postgraduate students who are NOT fulltime registered for a course at EUR.


Applicants may study any subject currently available at EUR.


The Erasmus Trustfonds is committed to equal opportunities for all applicants.
