Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds is an independent organization and not part of Erasmus University Rotterdam. By applying for a grant of Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds, the applicant gives consent that the information regarding the content and status of the application and/or the applicant itself are shared with Erasmus University Rotterdam and its faculties/institutions. The applicant gives consent to share the information regarding the content of the application with external peer-reviewers.
Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds will process the data in accordance with the legal requirements and within the purpose of the organisation’s goal. To ensure a sound decision procedure, Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds may appeal to the Scientific Advisory Committee, Advisory Committee and external experts in the filed of the applicant. Data will be used and securely retained by these parties in order to process the application, to evaluate the project. Data of projects granted by Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds may be used for future developement purposes, publicity and the annual (impact) report. Data will not be shared with any third parties if permission has not been granted by the (former) applicant.
Eligiblity
These are additional guidelines on eligibility for grants that are awarded by Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds:
Status
Stichting Erasmus Trustfonds does not accept applications from individual undergraduate and postgraduate students who are not fulltime registered for a course at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Subject
Applicants may study any subject offered by Erasmus Univerity Rotterdam.
