The costs of the granted project turn out to be lower than the initial budget. Can I still receive the full subsidy amount of the Erasmus Trustfonds?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The Erasmus Trustfonds only grants the amount necessary to cover a deficit, after all other sources of income have been used.
What kind of proof regarding travel costs and accomodation costs do I have to include as I did not make any bookings yet?
You can make an estimation of the costs and send proof of the actual costs afterwards.
