De Groot Foundation for Entrepreneurship is in 2017 opgericht door Han de Groot. Het doel van het fonds is: ‘to provide venture capital to student entrepreneurs of the Erasmus University Rotterdam and academic researchers of the Erasmus University Rotterdam for the early stage development of new technologies, innovative products and services, new research on entrepreneurship or new educational entrepreneurship programs’.
