About the fund
The Ondernemende Vrouwen Fonds (Entrepreneurial Women’s Fund) is an ecosystem of women with a purpose: to strive for diversity in science and encourage female entrepreneurship. The women involved in the fund dream of a university and workplace where feminine and masculine qualities stand on equal footing. After all, studies show that an equal balance leads to better results.
Goals
The participants of the Ondernemende Vrouwen Fonds aim to reach their goals by:
- Facilitating guest lectures by role models;
- Providing case studies of inclusive businesses;
- Developing trainings, seminars, and a mentoring programme;
- Offering coaching and funding for entrepreneurship;
- Enabling scientific research to determine how to establish a fair system.
